The Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) of Regenera aims to ensure the quality and continuous improvement of the institution’s academic and administrative processes. This system is based on the principles of transparency, efficiency, responsibility, and results orientation, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with international quality standards and the needs of the educational community.
Objectives of the IQAS
- Ensure consistency between Regenera's mission, vision, and values and its educational offering, research, and services.
- Establish mechanisms for the review and continuous improvement of study plans, teaching methodologies, and assessment systems.
- Promote ongoing training and updating of teaching and administrative staff.
- Ensure the active participation of all stakeholders (students, faculty, administrative and service staff, companies, and partner institutions) in the quality process.
- Ensure the adequacy of material and technological resources for achieving training objectives.
- Promote internationalization and academic and professional mobility of students and staff.
Structure and Responsibilities
Regenera's IQAS is deployed through the Quality Commission, composed of representatives from management, faculty, students, and administrative and service staff. This commission is responsible for:
- Defining and reviewing quality policies and objectives.
- Coordinating the development and monitoring of improvement plans.
- Overseeing internal and external evaluation processes.
- Disseminating relevant quality information to the entire educational community.
- Preparing annual quality reports and action proposals.
Continuous Improvement Process
The IQAS is based on the continuous improvement cycle PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), applied to all areas:
- Plan: Identification of needs, setting objectives, and planning actions.
- Do: Implementation of planned actions.
- Check: Monitoring and evaluation of results.
